Complete our submission form and select whether you’d like a direct buyout or consignment. Once submitted, our team will review your item and provide a quote within 72 hours, so you can decide how you’d like to move forward.

Once you accept our quote, we’ll provide a shipping label to send your item to us.

For consignment items, we handle pricing, merchandising, and customer service to maximize visibility and value. For buyouts, your item is reviewed and processed according to the agreed terms—no extra steps required on your end.

Payment Made Easy

Buyout payments are issued AFTER authentication. Consignment payouts are sent automatically once your item sells after 7-10 business days.

Important Notes Before Submitting Your Request

Please review the following BEFORE completing the Consignment & Buyout form.

  • One form is required per item. A separate form must be submitted for each item you wish to consign or receive a buyout quote for.

  • Authenticity is required. We only accept authentic items and will not respond to requests for non-authentic items.

  • Estimates are provided through this form only and are valid for 7 days. Not all items are eligible for consignment or buyout, and we do not offer trades.

  • Item condition matters. We do not accept items that are damaged, in need of repair, stained, altered, upcycled, or have odors (including storage, cigarette, or perfume smells).
    All wear or flaws must be disclosed in your submission.

  • Odor policy: Any item received with odors will not be sold. You will be notified and required to pay return shipping. If return shipping is not paid within 7 days, the item becomes the property of Bargain Bags By Jen.

  • Shipping instructions: We process items at multiple locations. You will be provided with the correct shipping address after approval. We recommend shipping with insurance and signature confirmation.
    Multiple items may be shipped together only if each item includes its own signed form.

  • Consignment term: Sellers agree to a 90-day minimum consignment period to allow for proper marketing. If an item has not sold after 90 days, the seller may request to:
    1. Extend the contract
    2. Discount the item
    3. Have the item returned (seller is responsible for return shipping)

  • Return shipping: If return shipping is requested, payment must be made within 7 days. If unpaid, the item becomes the property of Bargain Bags By Jen.

  • Anti-counterfeit policy: We are strictly anti-counterfeit. If an item is determined to be counterfeit, a $100 fee will be charged and the item will be destroyed in accordance with the law. Counterfeit items are not returned.
    The fee must be paid within 7 days of notification.

  • Ownership: Seller confirms they are the sole owner of the item(s) submitted.

  • Photography & marketing: Some items may be photographed or used for marketing and social media. All marketing imagery remains the property of Bargain Bags By Jen.

  • Insurance disclaimer: Bargain Bags By Jen does not insure consigned items against theft, damage, loss, natural disasters, or wear from customer handling. All responsibility remains with the seller.

  • Buyout payments: If a buyout is accepted, payment is typically issued within 2–5 business days after the item is received, authenticated, and assessed.
    Items must include a printed, signed copy of the agreed estimate inside the shipment.

  • Eligibility: We only accept consignment and buyout submissions from sellers who reside and bank within the United States.
