Payment & Ordering

I fell in love with an item and it is out of stock. How often do you restock and how can I be notified when it's restocked?

Good news, we restock popular items often. Check back as we often restock frequently or you can go to our Looking for a Bag section and complete the information and we can attempt to locate the item for you!

My order hasn't moved in the last couple days since I placed the order. What is going on?

There are several reasons, but the two most popular ones are either problems with payment or there is missing information. Please check if Bargain Bags by Jen sent you an email for further instructions to help us get your order out as soon as possible. Another reason is that is has shipped but hasn’t moved while in transit. Then give it 2-3 days to update. At times USPS website doesn’t update as it should.

I never received an email regarding my order and shipment of the item, what should I do?

Please contact our customer service department by emailing Bargainbagsbyjen@gmail.com. We will gladly send the information to the email address we have on file.

How do I check on or contact someone about an order I have placed?

What if I ordered a bag, and the next day there is a new release bag that I like better?

All Sales Are Final. We will NOT honor swapping out of any items for another item or returns of any items.

I made a purchase, and then it went on sale or a special discount was marketed. Can I get a price adjustment?

The price you agreed to at the time of purchase is the only price offered. There will be NO price adjustments.

I've never purchased a preloved (used) luxury item before. What should I know before purchasing?

Please note that with any pre-loved product (used) Bargain Bags by Jen does their best to inspect, locate and note or mention any issues located on the product. Not all issues are noticeable to the same degree as someone else may see them. We at Bargain Bags by Jen promise to do our best to point out any possible concerns. Please keep in mind that we are human, and issues could be overlooked. We suggest that if you have any questions or concerns about a product that you contact us at Bargainbagsbyjen@gmail.com with your concerns prior to making your purchase. Please note all sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

What shipping method do you use?

Bargain Bags By Jen ships all packages using USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. If you are not home at the time of delivery, USPS with leave a notice either in your mail box or on your front door with instructions on how to schedule redelivery or how to pick up at your local post office. If you fail to claim your package USPS will return to sender. In order to reship your package to you, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee. Bargain Bags By Jen does NOT ship with insurance. If you want your package insured you must notify us before your package is shipped and you must pay the insurance fees. There are times where we may use UPS as a shipping option but that is on rare ocassions. Please keep in mind Bargain Bags By Jen is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, undeliverable or delivered to the wrong address issues. Those issues you would take up with USPS. Please make sure you have any apartment numbers listed on your address to ensure propper delivery. We are not responsable for incomplete address issues.

I never received my order but it states delivered, what should I do?

Bargain Bags by Jen adds tracking to every order that is shipped. If that tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact USPS (United States Postal Service) and discuss the issue with them. You can reach them by calling 1(800) 222-1811.

Please check your mailbox, on or around it, those that live with you and the property management office (if applicable). Speak with family and do some investigating before you deem the package missing. We will offer as much assistance as possible to help you have a successful outcome. However, Bargain Bags by Jen does NOT have responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office to make a claim.

How is my order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Please keep in mind we operate the same Holiday schedule as the United States Postal Service. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. Your confirmation email will come from bargainbagsbyjen@gmail.com and will contain a tracking number with more accurate delivery times. We are not responsable for weather delays or delays caused by USPS. Once the packaged is in the hands of USPS it is their obligation to ensure delivery.

What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?

If your package is undeliverable due to missing information on your address, such as a unit or apartment number or incorrect address then the package will probably be returned to Bargain Bags By Jen. If you were simply not home at the time of delivery and they could not deliver, then USPS will leave a notice in either the mail box or on your front door with detailed instructions on how to reschedule delivery or how to pick up at your local post office. Please note, any returned package to Bargain Bags By Jen will result in the buyer having to pay for the itme to be reshipped. You can also go online to USPS and do whats called an intercept of package. Go under the section "Receive" then select "intercept package" and proceed with the instructions.

Does Bargain Bags by Jen ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship in the United States.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

An email will be sent to you once the tracking number is generated. You can enter the tracking number into usps.com website and it will advise you of the package whereabouts. f the pre-order item. In that description you will find estimated shipping times.

If you haven't received an email with your tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam inbox or contact us at bargainbagsbyjen@gmail.com. Bargain Bags by Jen's customer service team will send any shipping emails with tracking to the email provided at check out. Once your item has shipped, we will provide tracking and shipping information to that email address only.

Please be sure your mailing address is correct before completion of your order as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed.

Returns, Late Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Bargain Bags by Jen has a no returns no refunds or exchanges policy. However, every claim will be handled on an individual basis, at the discretion of Bargain Bags by Jen. All items are inspected at the time of purchase and again at the time of shipping to ensure that your products are free from damage. Human error can occur, but please know every effort is made to ensure your product is free from any stains or damages. 

Please note that with any pre-loved product (used) Bargain Bags By Jen does their best to inspect & locate and note or mention any issues located on the product. Not all issues are noticeable to the same degree as someone else may see them. We at Bargain Bags By Jen promise to do our best to point out any possible concerns. Please note that some bags ship flat (foldable totes etc.) and without any stuffing to keep cost of shipping down. However, some delicate bags that need to be kept stuffed for better protection will in fact remain stuffed.
