Return Policy

At Bargain Bags by Jen, we take pride in offering authentic luxury goods and carefully inspecting all items prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our inventory and pricing, all sales are considered final unless there is a verified authenticity concern.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the authenticity of every item sold. If a customer believes an item may not be authentic, they must contact Bargain Bags by Jen within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit an authenticity concern, customers must:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide authentication documentation from a reputable third-party authentication company such as Entrupy, Legitmark, or Real Authentication
  • Keep the item unused and in the same condition received, including all packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation

Once reviewed, approved authenticity claims may qualify for:

  • Return authorization
  • Exchange
  • Store credit
  • Refund, when applicable

ITEM CONDITION DISCLOSURE

The condition of each item is thoroughly detailed within the product description of every listing. Bargain Bags by Jen makes every effort to accurately photograph and disclose any and all flaws, signs of wear, or imperfections associated with pre-owned luxury items.

To help establish clear expectations, we also utilize a condition ranking system for pre-owned luxury goods. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photos, descriptions, and condition rankings prior to purchasing.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the stated condition of the item as described within the listing.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If a customer would like shipping insurance coverage for damages that may occur during transit, the customer must notify Bargain Bags by Jen prior to shipment either by:

  • Email, or
  • Texting Jen at +1 (909) 215-1275

Once requested, Bargain Bags by Jen will provide the additional insurance cost that will be added to the order total.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Unless covered under the authenticity guarantee outlined above, all sales are final, including:

  • Live sale purchases
  • Clearance or marked-down items
  • Personalized or customized items
